This wast the day when we went to Beyerskloof in Stellenbosch to taste wine. They are famouse for the pinotage. This is all the pinotage wines that they produce, Beyerskloof Chenin Pinotage, Beyerskloof Lagare, Beyerskloof Pinotage, Beyerskloof Pinotage Rosé, Beyerskloof Pinotage Rosé Brut, Beyerskloof Synergy Cape Blend, Beyerskloof Synergy Reserve, Pinotage Reserve, Pinotage Field Blend.

This is one of the farmers of the winery who has shares in the winery, the bottle that he's holding up is one of their own wines produced by the farmers themself.

This was the second winery that we went to for the day called Delheim, it's situated about 15 min from Beyerskloof. This one was the best of the two because they took us on a tour of the place which was interesting because I found out how these places produce their wines. The vineyards behind us is the different types of grapes that's grown in various parts of the world.

We were alowed to go into the production section of the winery and find out more about how the make the wines we tasted. This was interesting because we did operations in Management at college. This allowed us to see the practical part of what we were tought in class.

This was the best part of the day for me, it was time to taste the wines which was interesting because I never did something like this before. My favourite wine was the Natural Sweet, it wasn't to sweet and it didn't have too much alcohol in it. I also liked the Synergy Reserve
